These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all agreements between Selina Baumer – Coaching & Art, Schlossweg 4, 8479 Altikon, Switzerland, and her clients.
They cover all services and products offered, in particular 1:1 coaching sessions, online courses, workshops, and digital products.
By booking a service or purchasing a digital product, you agree to these terms.
2. Contract Formation
A contract is concluded once a booking is made through the website, by email, or via a payment platform (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, or Wise).
3. Services and Delivery
The exact content, schedule, and details of coaching sessions, workshops, or courses are described in the respective offer.
Coaching sessions and courses generally take place online via Zoom, unless otherwise agreed.
Selina Baumer reserves the right to reschedule appointments for important reasons (e.g. illness or technical issues).
In such cases, a replacement date will be arranged.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise specified.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
1:1 Coaching Sessions
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time free of charge.
Cancellations made later than this will result in the session being forfeited.
Courses, Programs & Workshops
Cancellations after booking are not possible, as these are digital or time-limited services.
Payments already made are non-refundable.
Digital Products
Digital products (e.g. downloads, online courses) are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately after purchase.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
Selina Baumer assumes no liability for any damages resulting from the use of the provided content.
All offerings are intended for personal growth and self-reflection and do not replace therapy or medical treatment.
Selina Baumer is a coach and mentor, not a therapist.
Clients are fully responsible for their own actions and well-being during and after all sessions.
7. Copyright
All materials, documents, scripts, and recordings provided as part of coaching sessions, courses, or workshops are protected by copyright.
They may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without prior written consent from Selina Baumer.
8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy on this website and in compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR and Swiss revDSG).
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Winterthur (ZH), Switzerland, where legally permissible.
10. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
