My Story

My Approach

My work is trauma-sensitive, resource-oriented, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s uniqueness. For me, it’s not about rigid concepts, but about real encounters from human to human.

To me, growth does not mean always moving upward or striving for perfection. Growth means becoming freer within ourselves, gaining deeper self-understanding, and discovering new possibilities for action – even when the path there feels messy or contradictory.

Contact

I know how much courage it takes to break the cycle – and how powerful it is when a new path becomes visible. This deep trust in human capacity for transformation guides my work every single day.

My own path has been marked by brokenness and new beginnings. These experiences have taught me that crises are inevitable – but that we are not powerless in the face of them. Patterns can repeat and make us feel stuck. At the same time, we carry within us the ability to process, integrate, and reshape.

My personal faith in God and my journey with Jesus are a source of hope and strength for me. In my work, I support people in a space where everyone – regardless of their own beliefs – can feel respected, safe, and truly heard.
